Our super-popular Sound Bath Experience is back on 30th September run by Mayura Wellbeing. This is a FREE event sponsored by Clarion Futures as part of our wellbeing programme.
Feel deeply relaxed, reduce stress and anxiety, improve your sleep quality, and enhance your overall wellbeing as the sounds of singing bowls, gongs and chimes wash over you!

What to Bring: For your comfort, please bring your own blanket and pillow. If you have any restrictions in terms of your mobility, please let us know and we can organise space for you. Air beds are provided.
