As part of our Wellbeing programme funded by Clarion Futures, our partners Ark are bringing ADHD coach Aggie Zbieranska to St Hugh’s for a series of FREE sessions supporting parents and guardians of neurodivergent children.
The first of a 10 part series kicks off on Tuesday 11th March at 1:30pm.
We are so excited to welcome Neurodivergent coach, specialist and mum, Aggie, to guide local parents through a group education, coaching and support programme. Aggie is a Psychologist with a BA from Oxford and MSc in Psychology & Neuroscience from the University of St Andrews.
She’s spent 10 years working as a business psychologist, helping organisations shape more employee-centred recruitment, development and operational strategies. As a certified NLP Practitioner, Life and Holistic Health Coach, and Yoga teacher, she supports individuals in creating happier, healthier, and more fulfilling lives.
As an ADHD Coach, Agnieszka combines nutrition, movement, breathwork, meditation, and behaviour science to help her clients harness their unique ADHD strengths and talents, and create a life that is truly worth living and aligned with their purpose.
