We’re delighted to be bringing the Penge Primary Care Network to St Hugh’s to do Blood Pressure Checks – along with a chance to talk about your health needs.

- Time: 9.30am to 12.30pm
- Refreshments and light lunch will be provided
There will also be a 1 hour exercise session from 9.45am (part of our ongoing series of free sessions)
- Classes run Mondays and Thursdays at St Hugh’s Centre
- Suitable for all abilities
- All you need for the classes are: comfortable clothing, a mat, resistance bands, weights (dumbbells, kettlebell or if you don’t have dumbbells, 1 or 2 litre water bottles)

A typical class includes:
- 5 min: warm up
- 15 min: cardio workout
- 15min: weights/bodyweight training
- 15 min: abs workout
- 10 min: stretch & tone with pilates
